Get your family back on track after holiday celebrations. A nutritionist from Operation Food Search will present and demonstrate healthy, kid-friendly weeknight meals. Participants will sample the dishes prepared, learn healthy cooking techniques and receive recipe cards and handouts to take home. Registration is required.
