Fischer's School of Cake Decorating --JUNIOR DECORATOR Class (ages 13-17)
A great introduction to cake decorating, this class includes how to ice a cake, color icing, pattern transfers, and border decorations. Students take home completed cakes, as well as some of their supplies.
