This year's program will feature KMOV-TV "News for This Morning" Anchor Andre Hepkins as the keynote speaker. Other guest speakers include the Reverend Adrienne Denson and Mayor Matthew Robinson.
Music will be performed by the McGeeBay Sisters, Felicia Ezell and the Jury Elementary School choir, which is part of the Hazelwood School District.
