Gillian Marchenko is the owner and operator of March Home Staging. She comes along side sellers, realtors, and other experts in real estate to help sell properties faster and for more money by installing decor in homes that inspire buyers to imagine living there. Gillian wants to help stimulate our economy by encouraging more people to move into our neighborhoods. Although her business extends to most of St. Louis, her ideal client is in North County. Gillian's family cares deeply about this area. Her husband Sergei is the Pastor at Chatham Bible Church and also a Chaplain for Hazelwood's police force. Gillian is looking for opportunities to consult with sellers and to stage both occupied and vacant homes. She wants to make the job of the realtor easier. They focus on the sale, while she takes care of the house. Gillian would appreciate any leads or jobs that can be offered.
