T’ai Chi Chih is a gentle, moving meditation, which works with the flow of “chi” or energy. In each session, you will be introduced to the movements of this easy and ancient form of relaxation and exercise. Classes taught by accredited T’ai Chi Chih instructor, Gale Rublee Portman. Registration is required.
