ExerStart
Stay active so you can do the things you want to do! ExerStart is a low-intensity exercise class for you to add more activity to your life. You will exercise using a resistance band while standing or sitting. Virtual classes will be in interactive mode, allowing the instructor and other class participants to see and hear you.
