Join us for a soothing, low-pressure creative experience that blends mindful coloring with a deeply restorative sound bath. You'll be guided into a relaxed state through sound and invited to color, draw, or create freely. Coloring sheets and markers provided. Please feel welcome to bring other supplies or even your latest work in progress.
Mats and bolsters are provided please feel welcome to bring pillows and blankets for added comfort.
