A FREE education program by the Alzheimer's Association.  Join us for this series of programs that provide answers to such questions as: What does an Alzheimer's diagnosis mean? What resources are available to help?  What kinds of plans need to be made?  Hear from those directly affected and learn what you  need to know, what you need to plan, and what you can do at each point along the way.
