Women's Nervous System Reset Yoga
A gentle, women-centered yoga class designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring your body back into balance through slow movement, breath, and rest. With a small class size of just 5 students, each session offers a safe, supportive, and personalized experience.
All levels welcome, designed for beginners and advanced yogis alike!
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and dress comfortably
