DESCRIPTION:Share your passion for health as a Matter of Balance facilitator! You will work in pairs to head an 8-session evidence-based workshop that are offered in community settings across the metro area. You will help teach participants factors that can lead to a fall and practical tips to stay on their feet\, along with some stretches and light movements to improve flexibility and range of motion. Facilitators will be provided with free training and class materials. You choose your schedule and get paid for your work.\n\n\n\nBoth days are required to become certified.
