DESCRIPTION:The St. Louis County Port Authority is conducting a Market Analysis and Feasibility Study for the Jamestown Mall site. The study combines an in-depth market analysis with a robust community engagement process designed to determine a commercially viable land use that reflects community feedback.\n\n \n\nAs part of the study's engagement process\, the planning team is conducting a series of small group discussions in late April and May. They have asked to have a small group discussion with Chamber members. These small group discussions are limited to 10-15 attendees to ensure a robust conversation.\n\n \n\nWe would like to invite you to the Chamber's small group meeting about Jamestown Mall on Monday\, May 9th at 11 AM. The meeting will last about an hour and will be held at the Chamber's office.\n\n \n\nYou can learn more about the Jamestown Mall Market Analysis and Feasibility Study at www.ImagineJamestownMall.com. The process will include a public open house in late June and a second public open house later in the Summer. The process is expected to be finished by early Fall.
