Face painting\, crafts\, cookie decorating\, balloon figures\, Eddie The Florissant Police Dog\, Florissant Valley Fire Department and more! This is free for all families. If you want a nice picture with Santa there is a charge. However\, you are welcome to take your own. Starts at 2:00 then the Mayor will light the Christmas Lights on City Hall at 5pm.
